So at this point, I have over 20 years experience of working on high tech in some sort of fashion. I have cared for, maintained, repaired, refurbished updated, experimented with and replaced everything from treadmills to ICBM's launched from submarines and everything that connects to each. 

It is in my blood to get in the meat of the matters and look around in the server closets and customers remote sites to see how things are REALLY working. I have worked many types of environments from remote austere (IE outside) to stable enterprise / corporate data centers. 

Due to some good fortune, mostly due to bad things happening, I am currently going to college again full time to complete a degree in Information Technology and Systems at University of Washington Tacoma via direct transfer degree from Bellevue College. 

During this time I am also volunteering for the American Red Cross primarily helping with Armed Services Emergency Communications. Should also mention I am volunteering with the Psychiatric Service Dog Society primarily to assist veterans find, get, train and use their own service dogs for their service connected disabilities, really good people and information there.

The end goal for me in all of this is to make technology become more transparent and useful for the masses. Besides its my nature to just fix things that need to be fixed - its easy for me...
